I have the same problem, I'm new of TarFisDock, my job 20100831_2 was accepted regularly by the server. When I downloaded the results I obtained a lot of files named "PDBID"_ligand_complex.mol2, but in each mol2 file I found only ligand's coordinates, instead of the complex coordinates. Was something wrong? The list of results appeared regularly. Moreover, I did not receive any message in my mailbox, I checked also the spam but I can't find anything.
