RESEARCH FOCUS

 

 
  1. 运用常规分子生物学与生化技术克隆表达与纯化蛋白质。
    Cloning, expression and purification of recombinant protein.
  2. 运用圆二色谱和荧光技术分析预测蛋白质二级结构,研究蛋白质的稳定性与蛋白质的变性复性动力学机制。
    By the use of cirular dichroism and fluorescence techonologies to predict the secondary structure of protein, to determine the secondary structure of a protein, and to explore the unfold-refold mechanism of a protein.
  3. 运用 SPR ( BIAcore ), ITC ( 微量等温滴定量热仪 ) ,荧光 与 STOP-FLOW (停留)等生物物理手段研究生物大分子相互作用。
    By the use of a series of biophysical technologies, for instance, the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) based BIAcore 3000 & S51, isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC), fluorescence and stop-flow technologies, to explore the interaction between macromolecu les.
  4. 运用 GST-pull-down 和酵母双杂交技术研究及定位大分子相互作用
    By the use of GST-pull-down and yeast two-hybrid techniques to explore and map the interaction between macromolecules.
  5. 运用 BIAcore 系统进行药物筛选
    Screening compounds by using of BIAcore system.
